Services may be provided directly or on behalf of our clients.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our systems
• Not send abusive, harmful, or illegal content
3. Messaging Consent
By initiating a conversation with our WhatsApp or Messenger accounts, users consent to receive messages related to:

Users may opt out at any time by stopping the conversation.

All software, content, logos, and materials are the property of Infoxty Technologies unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability

• Third-party platform issues (including Meta or WhatsApp outages)
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger). We are not responsible for changes or downtime caused by these platforms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
