How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their personal data collected through WhatsApp, Messenger, or our systems by following one of the methods below:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to:

Include:
• Your name
• Phone number or messaging platform used
• Request for data deletion
Option 2: Messaging Request
Send a message via WhatsApp or Messenger with the text:
“DELETE MY DATA”
Our team will verify the request before processing.
Processing Time
• Requests are processed within 7–14 business days
• Certain data may be retained if legally required
Confirmation
Once completed, users will receive confirmation that their data has been deleted from our systems.
